I know all too well how hard it can be to deal with a suicide loss, and I remember how alone I felt on my journey when my 18 year old son died by suicide. I truly believe "Pablo Foundation " can help be that beacon of hope for those struggling with this specific and complex type of loss. The Black community deserves better mental health support. We deserve to be heard, to be understood, and to heal without judgment. By speaking openly about my son's life and his death, I hope to be part of the change that erases the stigma.

If you or someone you know in a crisis there are numbers to call and text. 988 or 1-800-273-8255 Suicide Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. https://988lifeline.org
